We minimize the data we collect. The AI Readiness Scan on this site stores your quiz answers and a readiness score; no personal identifiers are required to complete it.

GDPR / AVG compliance

As a Netherlands-based company, we comply with the GDPR and the Dutch implementing act (AVG). Data is processed only for the purposes described here, and never sold to third parties.

Use of this site

This website and the AI Readiness Scan are provided for informational purposes. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between AI Agent Track and the client.

Data Compliance

AI Agent Track does not build high-risk autonomous decision systems. Every workflow we design keeps a person reviewing meaningful decisions, uses only the data it genuinely needs, and respects Dutch and EU data protection requirements from day one — not as an afterthought.

Quiz submissions and any project data are stored with row-level security enabled: once written, records cannot be read back through the public site, and are only ever accessed for the purpose of following up on your enquiry.
